1. Classroom Instruction:
? Provide stand up instruction for non-technical general training such as GET, ENEC policies, processes and procedures.

2. Training Program Administration:
? Develop and maintain the corporate general training schedule.
? Develop and maintain ENEC corporate level general training materials.
? Develop general training plans as required to support training needs.

3. Training Program Support:
? Support subject matter experts in preparation to present training in various settings.
? Support needs analysis to formulate recommendations for training and non-training solutions for identified weaknesses.

4. Training Program Improvement:
? Evaluate management and student feedback regarding general training to identify improvement opportunities.

Skills

? Bachelors Degree
? MS in education (Preferred)
? 8-10 years work experience
? 5-7 years work experience in education, training or the utility industry (Preferred)
? Ability to certify as a classroom instructor
? Certified classroom instructor (Preferred)
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Conflict management and leadership skills
? Change management, teamwork and problem solving skills

Bachelor Degree
